Not a birth to attend

Some of you wanted to know if I'll attend my friend's birth. Nope. Unfortunately, she thinks her highly interventive, epidural giving OB is her almighty savior from labor pain. Aaaarrggghhh. I haven't pushed anything on her. She just thinks that women shouldn't have to "suffer" in this day and age of medicine. Nevermind that God's creation was designed to give birth, and for some women, a painless birth.

Isaiah's birth I consider painless. Lot's of pressure, but a wonderful and easy birth.

Let's pray that our upcoming August baby's birth will be just as wonderful.

Yes, you just read that right. =)

So, guess you decided not to wait longer b/w kids, after all then?
:-)

CONGRATULATIONS!!!

I'm very curious to see how long Isaiah will BF w/you being pregnant now. We're considering baby #2 but thinking of waiting a few months so Ella can BF through age 2. (I remember you saying after about the 4th month of pregnancy, some toddlers don't like the taste of the milk anymore.) Hopefully Isaiah won't mind.

CONGRATULATIONS!!! SWEET!!!! PRAISE THE LORD!!!! I LOVE IT! Good sneaky announcement there... I did have to read it again to make sure my eyes were not deceiving me!

By the way, all mine have BF until right before the next one was born! Did not mind the change in taste. Good luck!

My guess is Aug. 3rd.

The reason Grace stopped nursing when I was pregnant w/Isaiah was because my milk just dried up. I was (stupidly) doing Babywise and the nursing sessions were too far apart to keep up my supply.

This time, I'm planning on continuing demand feeding Isaiah (who still wakes up once at night to eat) for as long as he wants. In the meantime, I'm upping my protein and iron intake so I can try to breastfeed during the entire pregnancy.

Sounds like a good plan.
Baby #3 might be born on my b-day; wouldn't that be neat?

Just wondering if your morning sickness has started? How are you feeling? I know the first trimester is hard with nausea and so completely tired! Praying for ya!
